DIRECTIONS TO 31/108 VENETIAN BAY VILLAGE

HOAGLAND ROAD KISSIMMEE

FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL 

After collecting car go back into the airport and follow signs for South Exit Road. This will take you under the 417 Toll Road. Approximately 1 mile after this, you will come to a set of traffic lights.

Turn right and note that this is  Boggy Creek Road. Follow this and you will come to the 192 and again turn right from here. The only dodgy bit is the junction with Fortune Road. Keep right to this.

There is a slip road that cuts out the traffic lights and keeps you on Boggy Creek. If you miss the slip road you will still end up on the 192 but further away.

Carry on the 192 (about 4 miles) to Hoagland and turn right. Go through the lights immediately in front of you, past the fire station and Venetian Bay is second residential entrance on the right.

 

 

FROM SANFORD

Car hire is immediately through customs. Go to the end of the airport and drive (About 3/4 mile).

Turn right at the lights and after about 2 miles you come to the lights at the 417 junction. Keep left and follow signs for Orlando Theme Parks.

Keep on 417 to J17. Get off here. Turn right onto South Exit road and follow above instructions.

NB: The 417 is a Toll Road so you will need some Dollar bills and 25 cent coins. Approximately $4 in total.

 

SOME USEFUL INFORMATION

At the next junction on the 192 past Hoagland (1/2 mile), turn left at the lights and on the corner is a large Wal-Mart (ASDA). Further along the 192 on the right hand side just before the 535 junction is a Super Target (TESCO).

At the top of the 535 just before the I4 J68, turn right and immediately left into a large car park. At the top of the car park is BAHAMA BREEZE. A very nice restaurant which serves good food at a reasonable price.

If you carry on past BAHAMA BREEZE you will come to the Premium Outlets mall. This is the best place to shop for designer clothes and shoes. Prime Outlet at the top of International Drive is best for everything else. Florida Mall has all the department stores.
